Dr. Giordano serves as our in-house medical expert and is an integral part of Stratton Faxon’s intake and trial team. A board certified neurosurgeon, Dr. Giordano is now pursuing a second career in law as a student at UCONN. He has been active in reviewing personal injury and medical malpractice cases for the past 16 years and has not only stream-lined our review process—cutting our turn-around time in half—but consistently provides top-notch medical expertise to our most complex cases. He has also been involved in medical device development, both as a company founder and as manager of an FDA-approved IDE trial.
 
Dr. Giordano received his BS in bioengineering from Columbia University, MD from New York University, and MBA from Yale School of Management. He is also a Captain in the U.S. Navy and serves as a battalion surgeon in the Marines.
